1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the website mugtrucks.gr (hereinafter the “Website”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of its visitors, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek legislation (Law 4624/2019).

The controller of your personal data is the company “MUGTRUCKS COFFEE STOP E.E.” (Limited Partnership), headquartered at 71 Soudas Avenue, Chania 73100, Greece, VAT No. 802939453, Tax Office of Chania (hereinafter the “Business”), legally represented by Mr. Asimakis Spiliopoulos.   • Sending newsletters, provided you have subscribed (legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
  • Evaluating franchise or B2B cooperation requests (legal basis: taking measures prior to entering into a contract).
  • Improving the functioning of the Website (legal basis: the legitimate interest of the Business, or your consent, where required).

Your personal data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties for advertising purposes. Access to it may only be granted to authorized partners of the Business acting on its behalf (indicatively: the Website’s hosting provider, the newsletter delivery service provider), who are contractually bound to protect it. Data submitted through contact forms is retained for as long as is necessary to handle your request and in any case no longer than two (2) years. Newsletter subscription data is retained until you withdraw your consent (removal from the list). Data related to contractual relationships is retained for as long as required by tax and other legislation.

Technically necessary cookies are used for the operation of the Website, as well as, subject to your consent, statistical or third-party cookies (indicatively: embedded content from social media platforms or video playback services).
